Airborne Molecular Contamination - airborne chemicals which are carried in the air and/or have settled on surfaces which have a negative effecti on processes, products and personnel. Sources of this type of contamination are, for example, manufacturing fluids and gases deployed, cleaning chemicals but also construction materials.
