food industry

In the food industry, clean-room conditions protect hygienically critical processes from mould and other microorganism and increase shelf-life. Both particle and microbe concentration is monitored and controlled. Temperature and humidity also play a central role. In contrast to industries where clean-room parameters are defined by the manufacturer, legal requirements also apply.
