The motivation of cleaning personnel under clean-room cleaning must take another form than in regular cleaning operations as the results of cleaning activities are often subjectively imperceptible. The "dirt" which is removed is invisible. Training in preparation for cleaning operations of this type must therefore be especially intensive.
