There are a number of physical criteria in the selection of personnel to work under clean-room conditions: It is imperative the mobility is not limited in any way e.g. through extreme obesity, as this is necessary to carry out  dressing and exit procedures properly. Chronic skin or bronchial diesease as well as infection of any kind are also exclusion criteria.
