VDI 2083

Based on the ISO 9000 norms, quality parameters are defined and quality assurance measures described for all aspects of clean-room technology. The VDI 2083 guidelines define the requirements of air purity, of work places (surfaces, machines, tools) of process media (gases, fluids, chemicals) and of the associated work activities.
